Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. This timeframe includes shipping time. Any items received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Condition Requirements

To maintain the integrity and luxury standard of our jewelry, we only accept returns that meet the following strict conditions:

  • Items must be completely untouched and unworn
  • Original packaging must be intact and unopened
  • All tags, certificates, and documentation must remain attached
  • Items must be in their original, pristine condition

Important: Any item that has been worn, touched, or has had its packaging opened will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items received beyond the 14-day return window
  • Items with opened or damaged packaging
  • Items showing any signs of wear or handling
  • Items with removed or missing tags
  • Custom or personalized jewelry pieces

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within the 14-day window. All returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
