Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

At this time, Rare Luxe Jewels ships exclusively within the United States. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed within 3-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped and is in transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our carrier's website.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders over $150, Rare Luxe Jewels reserves the right to require signature confirmation at delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your precious items. An adult signature may be required upon delivery.

Delivery Time Estimates

All delivery times provided by Rare Luxe Jewels are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our reasonable control.

Liability and Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title to and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer. Rare Luxe Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and for ensuring that the delivery location is secure and suitable for receipt of the package. Rare Luxe Jewels is not responsible for packages delivered to locations that are unattended, unsecured, or otherwise unsafe for delivery, including but not limited to shared mailboxes, apartment complexes, or mailrooms.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene and quality-control reasons, all sales are final. The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: worn or used jewelry, earrings, sale or promotional items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear.
